Welcome to our cosy studio on the fourth floor in a family building. It's located on a quiet street and at the same time it's just on 20 minutes walking to downtown and 10 minutes by car to the airport. Serdica Mall and Geo Milev park nearby.

The studio is a brand new trendy furnished with a fully equipped kitchen( glass ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge, coffee maker) and a big bathroom with bath tub and shower. At your disposal are clean bed sheets and towels, iron, ironing board, clothesline, etc.There is a corner balcony with a backyard and street view. It's comfortable for 3 people (sofa goes to a bed size -140/200 cm). For our baby guests we can provide a crib.

You have free wi-fi access, free cable TV and very nice garden.

The host lives on the first floor, so if it's needed we have 24 hours interaction with the guests.
At the apartment you can find city maps and leaflets for some restaurants.

The living area is very calm and there are very good restaurants, local supermarkets, beauty salon, dry cleaning, shoemaker, pharmacy. If you need some extras, you can find them in the mall nearby(one of the biggest in Sofia).

The public bus station and taxi stop are on 50m. The tram is about 400 -500m away.(ticket price -0.80 euro)
