Suitable for up to 4 people, this semi-independent two storey building is located just a few minutes’ walk away (400 meters) from the dramatic Monopoli’s “calette” (beaches) over the Adriatic Sea, which offer sandy beaches and amazing sea. Whilst still being in the very centre of town, this lovely apartment is set away from the hustle and bustle of the li-vely old district and Monopoli main drag.

This split-level house has been refurbished to high standard, respecting its traditional sou-thern Italian character and architectural features, but with the addition of contemporary furniture and comforts.

On the first floor, the house comprises a kitchen with induction hob, a fridge with freezer, microwave, electric kettle; a living area with TV, air conditioning and a comfortable sofa bed (double bed) and a comfortable bathroom with basin, toilet, bidet, and shower.

A short set of stairs brings you on the terrace: large and fully furnished, this terrace is the real gem of this house. It offers a fantastic view over the town and of the Apulian, mello-wing sunrises and sunsets. The second double bedroom, accessible from the same stairs, is a cosy room with the romantic feeling of a traditional Apulian building but with the mo-dern comforts of the 21st century, i.e. air conditioning and a modern shower room.

This elegant building is perfectly located to explore the centre of Monopoli, only within mi-nutes walk you will find plenty of excellent restaurants serving typical Apulian dishes, ca-fés, and bars catering for all ages and tastes. Shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, takeaway pizza, etc. are within walking distance, too.
The apartment is on the second floor and hasn’t a lift. The staircase is comfortable and suitable for children and adult people.
