Casa Dolcissima is a ground floor house with mezzanine recently renovated, and it is located in Monopoli city center. It is far about 350 meters from the main square of Monopoli and 600 meters from its downtown. About 1200 meters from the house there is the amazing city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia. The house is perfect for a couple, but it can accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and washing machine.

The house consists of a living room with sofa bed, kitchenette with 4 electric plates, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and a table with chairs. A staircase leads to the upper floor with barrel vaults, where there are a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
