For long-term bookings (1 month or more):
1. Monthly discount - 10%.
2. The guest receives a spare set of clean laundry.
3. Cleaning the apartment, taking out the trash and washing bed linen - the guest performs on their own. (or by agreement, for an additional fee - 20 euros per share).
For long-term bookings: from November 1 to April 1 (3 months or more):
1. Monthly rent - 450 euros.
2. Additionally - the guest pays for the Internet and utilities (water, electricity, gas), according to the receipt - invoices from the organizations, at the end of the lived month.
3. Cleaning the apartment, taking out the garbage, washing bed linen - the guest performs independently.
4. Minor repairs in the apartment (replacement of lamps, water hoses, etc.) at the expense of the guest.
5. The security deposit is € 100.
6. Final cleaning and laundry, at the end of the stay - 35euros.
