Ideally situated on the grassy hill of Tsilivi in Zakynthos Island Greece, offering panoramic views of the Ionian sea and overlooking the village and the long sandy beach, these villas have sea view and their own private swimming pools.

The hotel consists of 21 villas s in total all with panoramic stunning sea views.

There are two types of villas, three bedroom villas measuring 130sqm or two bedroom villas measuring 100sqm . All have their own private entrance, private swimming pool ,private parking and private garden.

Our complex is constantly undergoing renovation in order to comply with the modern day requirements .


VILLA DESCRIPTION

This type of villa measures 100 square meters (One double bedroom 16square meters and bathroom 8 square meters, One twin bedroom 19 square meters and bathroom 4 square meters, lounge & dining area 30 square meters) and can accommodate 4-6 persons.

It features a double and a twin bedroom with en suite luxury bathrooms with bath, w.c, hairdryer and make-up mirror; furnished lounge, tastefully decorated offering a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere with SMART TV, Wi-Fi Internet access and air-conditioning; fully equipped kitchen with a "home away from home feel", fitted cupboards, all utensils, oven, large fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle and spacious dining area with grand table and chairs seating six persons comfortably.

Additional features include washing machine, safe box, iron, ironing board, smoke detector, torch, fire extinguisher and fire blanket providing the ultimate in safety and comfort. Each villa features its own private entrance and garden area with private swimming pool.

The NOYA restaurant is set in the middle of the St. John Villas complex, offering amazing views of the Ionian Sea and the surrounding olive groves. It is open daily 08:00-23:30. In an elegant outdoor setting, our chef creates delicious dishes based on the Mediterranean cuisine. Come and enjoy beautiful and unforgettable evenings...The menu has been created by the well known chef DAFNI.
