Hariati Villas is a newly built, modern maisonette-style villa located in the serene village of Kypseli on the stunning island of Zakynthos. Covering 140 sq.m. and thoughtfully designed to provide a luxurious yet relaxed atmosphere, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 stylish bedrooms and 3 contemporary bathrooms.

As you step inside, the right side of the ground floor features a welcoming living area and a fully equipped kitchen — perfect for relaxing evenings or preparing home-cooked meals. On the left, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both the bedroom and the living room offer direct access to the outdoor area and the private pool.

Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms. One includes a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and access to a private balcony. The other features two single beds that can be joined into a double, its own bathroom with a shower, and opens up to a large terrace with outdoor seating.
