The villa is very spacious and airy with the large rooms and big opening sliding doors. A dining table and chairs, with bar fridge , drinking water cooling machine is also provided. The dining area leads out onto the top deck. This area has modern seating with gas barbecue and an automated pergola for sun bathing or complete shade. Back across the hall the lounge has an L shaped sofa, 55’ LED TV, multi-channel digital receiver, sonos music system, a DVD player and is fully air conditioned. The lounge has a log fire place for Ross cold moths as well a a mobile gas heater. All air conditioners also have heating. All rooms in the house have glass sliding doors to take advantage of the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
