This modern style 4/5 bedroom villa is in one of the top locations in Coral Bay which is very close to both Coral bay's sandy beach and the main strip which is full of tavernas, restaurants and bars.

Both the sandy Coral bay beach and Coral bay strip are a very short walk away so no car needed to enjoy all that Coral bay offers.

The villa itself is on three levels with the top level having a mezzanine area with a large sofa bed allowing the property to sleep up to ten people. The mezzanine level also has direct access to a small secluded balcony with private sunbathing and sea views.

The property boasts a further four bedrooms and three bathrooms for your convenience, three of the bedrooms have double beds and the fourth has twin beds. One double bedroom with bathroom plus walk in shower room is located on the ground floor just off of the living area with the other three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor, one of these is the master ensuite bedroom with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

The spacious living area has two settee’s with a lounge chair plus a flat screen tv with u.k. terrestrial channels, 7 day playback plus a bank of over 2000 films and tv series ready to be streamed. A dining space with a large table and 10 chairs is next to the well equipped kitchen. There are double patio doors off the spacious living room leading out onto the swimming pool and patio area.

The pool is an 8 x 4 kidney shape and there are plenty of sun beds plus a further table and chairs with a bbq for alfresco dining, part of the outside area is covered so you have relief from the sunshine if you choose to.

The villa has free of charge air conditioning in every room plus internet/wifi throughout the house, these facilities are in the weekly price so no further charge will be made for these items.

Please Note: The pool can be heated there will be an additional charge of 150 euros per week to have the pool heated but heating the pool is not necessary between May and September.

There is off road parking for two vehicles at the front of the villa although for the beach and the local tavernas etc you can walk to these in 2 to 3 minutes.
