Apartment

This 175 m2 apartment is located in the historic part of Nafplio. It has been fully renovated, preserving the authenticity and style of the mansion with antique furniture, while providing all modern comforts to its guests. The apartment is located in the historical, picturesque part of Nafplio , which used to be the first capital of Greece after the Greek war of independence. This unique Venetian mansion was built in 1707 and served as the residence of the local Pasha during the Turkish occupation. After the Greek war of independence it hosted the Executive Committee of the Greek Government. It has a beautiful view over Nafplio and has been classified as a historic monument by the Greek State. It has been decorated with antique furniture and can accommodate 6 persons.

Apartment consists of:
- Two bedrooms with king-size beds (bathrooms en suite with hairdryers)
- One room with two single beds (bathroom out of the room with hairdryer)
- Kitchen fully equipped with plates, cutlery etc.,coffee machines (instant and espresso), microwave oven,washing machine and small dishwasher.
- Sitting room and dining room with balcony
- A 60 sq.m. yard

Minimum stay is 2 nights. We will be available for assistance during your stay.

The seaport town of Nafplion, capital of the Prefecture of Argolis, is situated on the northeastern tip of the Peloponnese. It is located approximately 145 km from Athens, which is a 1.5 hours drive and the route has clear signage. Nafplion is a town that can satisfy all kinds of taste : a variety of museums and sightseeing, plenty of bars and restaurants as well as beach resorts. The town is close to many archeological sites, ideal for daily excursions like Tiryns (4km), Mycenae (25km) and the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus (30km), among others.

Public parking is available 150 meters from the house. Public buses station and taxi station at 400 meters.

RULES OF THE HOUSE.

Dear Guests,

During your stay, we kindly ask you to follow these simple rules:
- Please make sure that the front door and the street door are locked and the windows are closed before leaving the house and during the night.
- Please make sure that the shutters are always fixed so that they don't bang in case of wind.
- Children are most welcome but we ask that you look after the house ( walls, furniture etc.).
- Also, please don't move/remove beds and tables etc. to other rooms.
- The use of the yard between 15.00-17.00 and 23.30 and on should be with respect to the neighbours. Also, chairs and other furniture from within should not be used outside, since there are outside sitting chairs.

BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT PLEASE leave the apartment in a decent state:
- Throw away all fresh food and open packets, tins,etc. and empty the trash. There is a bin in the street just outside the entrance.
- Leave the kitchen clean and tidy.
- Make sure to turn off all lights, central heating and /or airconditioning.
