Cosy, spacious and comfortable apartment in Nafplio, newly built and furnished, with a beautiful yard and a fireplace, ideal for all year round excursions. The apartment belongs to a small block of flats owned by my family, and where my house is also located. I or my parents will always be around to provide our help and show our hospitality.
Newly built and furnished, sleeps up to 5 persons. It has two comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a large living space unified with the ergonomic kitchen. The house has a large beautiful yard that you can enjoy and is equipped with a fireplace for your winter getaways. The house is non-smoking, but feel free to smoke outside.

The apartment is located just 1.5 km outside the historical centre. You can easily access the picturesque town centre, walk through the alleys of the old town or walk down the promenade, with the beautiful sea views, enjoy the sunset from Palamidi fortress or pay a visit at the water castle of Bourtzi. Ideal place for bike and sea lovers. You can also relax at some of the most beautiful beaches, such as Karathona and Arvanitia, or visit natural sights and historic landmarks of Greece such as Epidaurus and Mycenae in the close vicinity.
Located in Nafplio, 2 hours’ drive from Athens Airport, easily accessed by bus from “Kifissos” Athens central bus station (2hr 15 min). The town itself is one of the most beautiful towns in Greece, with exceptional architecture and history.The house is located 15 minutes walking distance from the old city center of Nafplio and the beach. Very close from the house are also some city bikes to rent with your id card. Bus stop is 1000 meters away from the house.
Either for a romantic weekend or for a multi-day getaway this place is ideal and provides you with all the amenities you need to make your stay easy and comfortable. The location is also ideal for those looking for a home base from which to travel throughout Greece. There are many Historical and Archaeological sites, in the surrounding areas that you can visit within one day (e.g. Porto Cheli, Mycenae, Epidaurus)
