Our Villa Avlia house was built in 2018 and welcomes you for your next luxury holiday on the island of Naxos. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Paros, as well as absolutely beautiful sunsets.
The location is 25 minutes from the port and 10 minutes from the village of Vivlos,. You will be surrounded by nature so that you can enjoy a relaxing and calm holiday. Our villa offers a superb swimming pool 9m long, a terrace with lounge and dining table .. The villa has been tastefully decorated for your comfort. It is ideal for couples and families (with children).
Arranged on three levels., The lower floor includes a bedroom with its own bathroom and access to its own terrace. The ground floor comprises a living room, a dining room, a large kitchen, a bedroom with two beds and its own bathroom. A staircase leads to the bedroom on the top floor with its bathroom and two terraces. Access to the pool and outdoor dining area is via the ground floor or the lower floor through an exterior stone staircase.
A gas barbecue is at your disposal.

To note
The pool is unattended. Customers are responsible for the safety of minors who use the premises.
Access to Villa Avlia is mandatory by car and the path is unpaved (over 1 km) with 2 important slopes.

In the surrounding area:
You have to try the local salty pies and sweet cakes from the local bakery at Vivlos - "you will go back".
Visiting the local butcher in Glinado is an experience: pork and sausages are "to die for".

The nearest beach is Mikri Vigla, less than 10 minutes by car.
You will need a car to go to the villa.
