It is an air-conditioned apartment, entirely created in 2016, furnished and decorated for the comfort of guests with high-end services and equipment. Ideally located, a 5-minute walk from the TGV station (300 meters) and the historic city center, the accommodation is completely independent. It consists of a modern fully equipped kitchen open to the living / dining room with direct access to the private terrace, two bedrooms: one with a 160X200 bed and the other with two 90X200 beds that can be assembled to make a 180X200 king size bed. Each bedroom has its adjoining private bathroom with walk-in shower and basin as well as a bathroom, one of which is separate. You have two private parking spaces on the closed property, access to the garden shared with the owner. Baby equipment will be provided free of charge on request (bed with mattress protector and fitted sheet, bathtub, changing mat, high chair and mixer).
