The villa "La Javeanaise" is characterized by the beauty of the site, its calm and serenity. It is located in a residence called "La Cala", 300 m from the coastal path with a breathtaking view of the sea and Cap Nègre and about 3 km from the town center and the large sandy beach of Javea. Its equipment, comfort and decoration are optimal.
It is on the ground floor, not overlooked, with direct access to a pretty 10X5m solar heated swimming pool (not secure for children), well isolated from the 2 neighbors (left and right) and direct view of the green area (forest ).
The villa is equipped with deckchairs, outdoor lounge, parasol, Weber gas barbecue. You will be protected from the sun by a very pleasant "naya" and pergola.
The property is completely surrounded by walls and secured by an electric gate. An open and covered garage will allow you to shelter your vehicle.
The accesses to the interior of the house can be done either by the room / living room, the kitchen or the master bedroom, which is an important advantage in case of reduced mobility.
It should be noted that the hostess is very attached to the decoration and that your well-being is a priority ....
You will therefore have access to the room and lounge composed of a large new screen and more than 1500 international channels, free wifi and everything you need to relax;
The kitchen equipped with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all necessary new dishes.
The rooms are equipped with large beds (2X180,1X150, 1X90), 2 bathrooms with shower and WC and air-conditioned for 2 of them. Linen, towels and tea towels at your disposal.

Rules and logistics:
You will be greeted by Diana who will introduce you to the villa, make an inventory, take the water, electricity and gas meters with you and clean up after your departure;
 These 3 energies will be invoiced at real cost, ie 2.7e per m3 of water, 0.25 per kwh and 3.5e per Kg of gas respectively. These consumptions will be deducted from the deposit.
Security deposit: 700th which will be returned within 15 days after your departure.
In case of damage or breakage, you will be asked to operate your personal insurance, to accept reimbursement or deduction from the amount of the deposit.
