Ideally located near the city and its shops (10 min walk), the small port of Pempoul (100 meters) and the supervised beach nearby.
House located in front of the yacht club with various rentals or courses.
Dossen beach with surf rental, paddle and sailboats at 15 minutes.
Starting point for many walks (Roscoff 5 km) by bike, or to visit the beautiful Bay of Morlaix or Brittany from North to South!
We warn that the outdoor facilities are not finished, the land is not closed and young children must be under surveillance.
