The apartment faces the swimming pool (9. 5. x 4. 00) and the garden, which is somewhat separate from the owners' area. It is wooded with oaks, pines, olive trees.
The apartment consists of a living room (flat screen TV), dining area, a kitchen (fridge, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), a bedroom with a 140 cm bed , cupboard, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
