on the first floor, an apartment of 100 m2 has:
- 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1, with 1 bed 140 and bedroom 2, with 2 beds 90) and large storage
- a fully-equipped kitchen
- living / dining room of 50 m2 with tv
- a bathroom with shower and separate toilet
- a balcony with garden furniture

on the ground floor, an apartment of 50 m2 has:
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140
- 1 living room with 1 bed 90 and FUTON 90 which will be very suitable for a child,
- a "kitchenette" with microwave, 2 induction hobs and Nespresso coffee machine
- a bathroom with shower and separate toilet
- garden furniture

The house is located in a residential area, open on a closed and raised garden.
Your bikes will be safe in the garden and your (or your) car (s) will be parked in the private imapsse.
