Apartment 1. 3 of CARABEO 2000 is on the first floor of the building. There is an ascensuer.
The description below is valid for our 5 CARABEO 2000 apartments.
An exception: this apartment has a sofa bed in the living room or possibly a 5th person.

Our Carabeo 2000 apartments 1. 3, 2. 3 and 3. 3 have two terraces overlooking the sea: A terrace is accessible from the living room and the kitchen and the other of the two bedrooms. The Carabeo 2000 2. 1 and 3. 1 have a single terrace facing west and have diagonal views of the sea.
There is sun until sunset.
The Carabeo 2000 2. 1 and 3. 1 have a second toilet that is comfortable if the family or friends are with 4 or 5 people. The CARABEO 2000 3. 1 does not have a dishwasher - all others have.

These luxury apartments are located on the first, second and third floor of a small building (only four floors: including ground floor with terrace). It is in the center of Nerja and 125 m from the beach CARABEO of 150 m from the beach CARABEILLO which is near the beach of BURRIANA.
The famous Balcon de Europa is only about 500m. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk from the apartment.
A car is not necessary! (If you do not plan to do some excursions, of course).

There are two bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king size bed with very comfortable mattress. The second bedroom has two single beds with also excellent mattresses. Guests with a sensitive back or sleep problems are very happy and sleep very well on our visco-elastic tops that fit the shape of your back.

The kitchen is very well equipped with all possible utensils. Everything is planned for long journeys. There is a fridge with freezer compartment and an electric grill, blender, coffee maker, kettle, pots and so on.

All apartments have: a flat screen TV and can receive many international TV and radio channels including English, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Scandinavian (on request) and so on. There is also free W-Lan Internet, a DVD player, a dishwasher and a washing machine, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board and so on. You have access to the terrace where you can also sunbathe: there are 4 sun loungers per apartment.

There are bath and beach towels in each apartment. There is also bed linen.

- Smoking is allowed only on the private terrace.

-There is an elevator.

Nerja is a very popular wintering place for Americans, Canadians, Germans, Dutch, Scandinavians and British.
Please note: Prices are for two people. For each additional person of 7 am and over there is a supplement of 9 Euro per night including VAT.
