It has two good size bedrooms, a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate well equipped kitchen

The apartment is on the first floor, only 7 steps from the elevator:

In the dining-living room there is a flat-screen TV with USB plug and a wide choice of international TV and radio channels.

As in all other apartments in Nutter there is free wifi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and all the cooking utensils you could want.
There is air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms.
From the living room there is a small terrace from where you can see part of the shopping area of ​​Calle Huertos and in Calle Frigiliana. The sun is on the terrace from noon until sunset.
