Apartment

The apartment is on the seventh and top floor of a building with elevator, with balcony (you can lunch!). It’s bright with southern exposure, quiet and composed of a double living room (with a view over Paris) that can be separated for the night into two bedrooms for 4 people. There is a sofa bed very comfortable (140 cm wide) in the first room and two single beds in the other room. Then there is the kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub with shower and bidet, while the toilets are separate. It is equipped with Internet and WiFi connection. It is near the subway station (metro line 2 and 3), and to the bus stop (line 61 and 69 and 71). It is next to all the services and shops. You will be at the heart of a lively district full of charm: shops, bars, restaurants (5 minutes walk from the Oberkampf Street and Menilmontant district), parks and gardens (Belleville Park and Square Maurice Gardette), concert hall and room show (Maison des Métallos, la Bellevilloise, la Maroquinerie et le Théâtre National de la Colline), and markets.
