Half way between Chania (35 kms) and Rethymno (35 kms); less than an hour to the south coast ans 12 kms from the beach, Vafes (in greek : Βαφές) is ideally located to explore this beautiful island !

Fully equipped kitchen with micro wave oven Covered terrace '30 sqm) and large terrace '(56) with view on the White Mountains Possibility to rent also a small house semi attached and independant for 2 people

Vafes is an authentic old traditional village with 2 cafes, a little grocery and a restaurant.
3 kilometers away the village of Vrisses with all commodities

Many walks in the mountains around the village. Bird watching. there are some buses but they are scarce so renting a car is advised
