The villa is close to all amenities, beaches (2 kms), the village of Panormo which has retained all its authenticity and the beautiful city of Rethymno (fast access via the national 20 mns).
The house is independent and spacious (100 m2 approx) - living space Living room, dining room and kitchen is very cozy. Each room has a shower room with wc. Quality bed linen, toilets and beach towels are provided as well as the beach umbrella. Two mobile air conditioners allow to sleep cool during hot weather and are movable in the living room if necessary.
are available books, games and CDs and satellite TV. The terraces are equipped with sun loungers, armchairs, ... and the pool is maintained two / three times a week by Nikos, a villager from Roumeli.
