This large family home is situated 500m from the beach under the the pine forest and at the edge of the village of Contis in Les Landes.
The village has bars and restaurants and a small supermarket. There are surf schools for adults and children. There is a butcher, a fishmonger and a fruit and vegetable market.
The house provides 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and the 2 bathrooms have been recently renovated. There is a large living room with dining area. All rooms are served by climate control (air conditioning and heating). There is a log burner in the living room. Downstairs you can find a games room with table tennis and baby football. The garden is partly shaded and has tables, chairs, and sun loungers.
Nearby you can find extensive cycling tracks in the forest, wild beaches, dunes, and the Contis lighthouse.
