The apartment is on the first line with sea view, located on the third and last floor of a residence without lift.
You have private access to the beach (Blue Flag).

It consists of a kitchen with terrace, a bedroom with two beds (a bunk bed and a single bed) with terrace, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a second bedroom with a double bed sea view and a sea view.
The apartment is crossing: on one side sea view from the wooden terrace; on the other a view of Montpellier and the Pic Saint Loup.
You benefit from a private parking space during the entire stay.
All shops are nearby: bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, surf and paddle hire.
Casino, Luna park, nautical center, surf school, Levant Park, Lighthouse of the Mediterranean, markets, fishing on the canal will delight both young and old.
You are 20 minutes from Montpellier airport, 45 minutes from Nîmes airport and 1 hour from Béziers airport and 25 minutes from Montpellier station.
