Lauragaise farm located in the commune of Saint-Paulet in the Aude, close to the channel (canal linking the lake of St Féréol to the channel of the noon), the house is ideally placed to radiate in the Toulouse countryside, Carcassonne and The black mountain. Many walks and excursions in the surroundings, for those who will have the strength to leave the house! All comfort and surrounded by a park of 6000 m2, "Les Laureux" is isolated, facing south, paradise of flowers and Mediterranean vegetation. Infinity pool, ping-pong, table football, trampoline, swing, soccer cages ... Numerous terraces in the shade or in the sun. The house is a small paradise. It is a family house rented and equipped for us but which we are happy to share. 7 rooms including a dormitory, the house can accommodate several families and up to 20 people (sofa bed in the TV room). The park is closed by an electric gate; A car park at the rear of the house can accommodate up to 6 cars. Kitchen, dining room, living room, library, games room with television, games room with table football, laundry room and 7 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 6 on the first floor).
