Villa

Our house is a Marseille villa in Art Deco style (La Mésange). With a secure garden of 300 m2, it has a secure swimming pool and a shaded terrace equipped with a summer kitchen. Close to public transport, shops and only 8 km from the old port, you will appreciate our house for the view, the location and the atmosphere. It will allow you to discover Marseille and Provence easily. This large villa is ideal for couples and families with children.

The house is located in the quiet area of Beaumont St Julien, in the heart of the Armenian district of Marseille. With a total surface of 180 m2, this villa dates from the 1900s. Refurbished and up to date, it has two floors. The ground floor has just been renovated and consists of the entrance, a new 30 m2 kitchen (please take care of it) which opens onto a terrace shaded by a large picture window. So you can eat inside or outside the house very easily. Equipped with gas and a sink, the summer kitchen has just been redone and allows you to cook outside. In addition, a barbecue is available at the bottom of the garden.
The second floor consists of a living room with balcony, a game room and two bedrooms. These rooms have double beds.
On the third floor, there are two large bedrooms, the master bedroom and that of Charlotte. It's two large bedrooms can easily accommodate an additional inflatable mattress. There is a WC and a bathroom on all floors.
Children can use the many toys from Charlotte (6 years old) and Martin (2 years old).
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and electric shutters.

You will find two binders in the house. A folder with explanations of the operation of the various electrical materials (ovens, washing and drying machines, steam generator ...) and another with the guide of activities and place to discover in the region.

Presentation of the district
Located between the districts of St Barnabé and St Julien, the villa is located in the historic Armenian district of Marseille. It is therefore very quiet and well stocked in small shops (3 minutes on foot).

transport network
You will be able to park on the street in front of the accommodation. The street is free of charge and space is always available, which is significant in Marseille. However, it is possible to park a small car in the garden. The old port is 20 minutes by car. A bus stop that leads to the center of Marseille is 100 meters from the house. Access to the new Marseille ring road (L2) is a 2-minute drive away. By this road you can reach the highways in 15 minutes the highways A7, A8 or A9 without problem. The Var, the Camargue or the Luberon for example are easily accessible.
