Overall, particular care is taken in the decoration in the style of the great post-war years of Royan, voted the "most fifties" seaside resort in France.

The neighborhood
The Parc de Vallières residence is located in front of the beach in the Parc which is a very popular place, quiet in the pine forest, with magnificent villas.
If you like the 50s, stroll through the park. There you will find the pretty Parc church, characteristic villas from the 1950s such as the boomerang villa or the white shadow.
