This 3 rooms is very sunny and is located in a residential and quiet property with panoramic view: sea, Cannes and chain of the Alps. It is located on the 1st ground floor of a villa. You will have the exclusivity of the pool if you wish.

This villa has been completely renovated in 2017 and all the rooms are equipped with a reversible air conditioning. As part of the ecological transition, the house has been equipped since summer 2023 with a photovoltaic system for electricity production; solar panels for domestic hot water and an Air-Water heat pump. A covered pergola to take your meals outside and cook a plancha is part of the commodities. The Wifi network covers the entire property.
You can access in a few minutes walk or bike to a commercial center; sandy or rocky beaches; two 18-hole golf courses; the nautical club; the equestrian club and tennis / padel courts (2 mountain bikes are available for free). Many shops and restaurants as well as children’s parks are within walking distance.
On the other hand, shuttles to the beaches are offered free of charge by the town hall from late June to early September.
You have the possibility to park your car inside the property. A safety box for your precious items is available.

In the property, a swimming pool with lighting (under your supervision) as well as a gym/ bodybuilding/ Cross Training platform of 20m2 for adults and a petanque area are at your disposal. Access to the pool is reserved exclusively for the persons mentioned in the rental contract. The conditions of this access are displayed at the entrance.
For those who practice meditation you can choose several discreet places and have the opportunity to borrow 1 set of cushion and carpet. This 3 room-apartment is totally independent of the rest of the villa and is perfectly soundproofed.
