We offer to welcome you in a charming holiday home of the 1930s with all comfort with private garden, completely renovated in 2017, located in a quiet and green environment less than a kilometer from the ramparts.
Our house is a comfortable and warm holiday place. You will be able to benefit from all the useful equipment in the daily newspaper: dishwasher, oven microwaves, washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, flat-screen television, central heating with gas of city, open fireplace, ground floor air-conditioned ... Books, board games and ping-pong are also available. The linen is provided.
The house is located in a quiet and pleasant area: nearest bakery 150m; market every Tuesday morning at 100m; municipal park behind the house (petanque, playground). The nearest bus stop is located Boulevard de Carpentras at 50m. A Vélopop rental station is located Avenue Pierre Sémard 300m.
The house is very easy to reach: by car, take the motorway exit Avignon Nord and join Avignon by the N7. By train, the Virgule, railway line commissioned in 2013, allows to link TER every half hour the TGV station at the Avignon center station located 1.5 km from the house.
