Bedroom 1: double bed and convertible sofa bed for two, bay window overlooking the rear garden of the house
Bedroom 2: single bed and trundle bed either as a double bed or as 2 single beds.

Upstairs: large living room opening onto a very sheltered terrace / separate kitchen / dining room / bathroom (bath and shower)

Mezzanine with desk and 1m20 wide bed.
