It is equipped with new: refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, espresso combined coffee maker and filter, kettle, toaster.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and a TV + box internet and ceiling fan. The veranda has a sofa (2 beds 80 cms wide x 200 cms) + fan on foot.
The apartment is cool in summer. It does not need air conditioning.
