Cottage

Marin House is close to several centers of activities for the whole family. From downtown Cholet, Marques Avenue to La Séguinière for shopping via Nuaillé-Chanteloup through its forest and ponds (pond Noues and Péronne) but also the Oriental parks of Maulévrier and Camifolia in Chemillé, the Marin's cottage is located at the center of a panel of activities. On 56 hectares, the Golf de Cholet offers a moment of sports relaxation at 10 minutes from the cottage.
Anglers can make a frying Ribou to Lake or Lac du Verdon. A little-known, 25 minutes from the house, is the Puy du Fou, voted the best amusement park in the world but also the Zoo La Boissiere du Dore or the Zoo Doue Fountain also recognized as one of Europe's finest zoo.

Near the house, 40 minutes, we also find the castle of Brissac-Quince, which by its height, making it the highest castle in Europe.

For wine lovers talk a little more local, a few kilometers away you will find the finest wines of Anjou.
