       End of stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, a deposit check of 50 € is requested on arrival.
The tourist tax is due to the owner with payment by check on arrival. The tourist tax does not apply to children under 18 years.
Rental by the week. Stays of minimum nights on request and estimate according to the season.
