The house, with a surface of 130m2 is oriented to the south, it consists on the ground floor, of a large living room of 50m2 with an open kitchen, fully equipped, a master suite with shower room on the ground floor. and an independent toilet. The whole large room, in raw concrete and wood, is crossed by large sliding bays with sliding exterior shutters. The single floor with parquet floors is made up of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The bedrooms are all equipped with double beds, 2 double beds of 140 upstairs and 1 double bed in 160 in the master suite, each one has large closets. The house is heated in winter by a wood stove and ultra-flat radiators in the rooms.
The kitchen, widely open to the living room, is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, hood and plenty of storage.
In the living room, a video projector allows you to see the television, a DVD and CD player allows you to watch a film or listen to music, a library with many books around large sofas allows you to spend beautiful evenings. The house is equipped with wifi.
In the dining area, a large wooden table and two benches can accommodate 8 people.
The house opens onto a large garden and a wooden terrace equipped with a large table for 10 people. Numerous deckchairs, parasol, garden tables, ping-pong table decorate the place.
A small house is adjacent to the terrace, it is currently closed and reserved for the owner.

A small super market is located in the village; 1 hyper market is 5km away; the markets are numerous in the region, that of Saint Vivien, Soulac or Montalivet allow you to stock up on vegetables, fruits, fish and seafood.

The leisures are numerous: surfing in Montalivet, equestrian center and tennis in Soulac, golf of 9 holes in Grayan, large cycle tracks are arranged for biking for kilometers !! The possibilities of visits are numerous: Lighthouse of Cordouan, Royan by the ferry of Verdon, the villages and small ports on the estuary of the Gironde, the wine route, with castles and vineyards (Médoc and Haut-Médoc), the lakes from Hourtin and Lacanau, the city of Bordeaux ... There are many beaches between Soulac and Montalivet, that of Gurp is 3 / 4km from the house !!
