Impregnable dominant view, facing south. No opposite. Located in a very quiet residential area at the foot of the village of Montauroux (access on foot to the village by a shortcut where there is food, bakery, pharmacy, butcher and shops).
Many outdoor spaces: wooden pontoon, hammock area under olive trees, garden furniture, shaded dining area near swimming pool. 10x4 pool with jacuzzi. Shower and outside toilet.
Very nice covered terrace at the level of the kitchen and the dining area. Barbecue.
Ground floor: 1 American kitchen, 1 dining area, 1 living room, 1 office (WiFi access) 1 very large master bedroom (160 x 200 bed) with shower room and WC
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, wc, a bathroom with bathtub.

The house with the terraced land is not very suitable for very young children as well as the non-fenced swimming pool.

50% deposit on booking and the balance 1 month before the period. Deposit 2000 euros. 200 euros for cleaning costs at the end of the stay (mid-week cleaning offered for 2 consecutive weeks).
Reduction for 2 consecutive weeks.

The house is non-smoking and animals are not accepted.

Lake of Saint Cassien nearby (pedal boat, paddle, canoe). Siagne river (very relaxing or very sporty natural setting).
Fayence aerodrome (baptism of glider, ULM or parachute).
White earth golf course and aquatic area at the aquaroma spa in the Fayence area.
Children can learn horse riding.
Very beautiful Provencal villages (Callian, Tourrettes, Fayence and Seillans) and enjoy the markets.
Beaches of Mandelieu la Napoule and Théoules sur mer are 30 minutes away as well as the city of Cannes. Nice airport is 40 minutes away.
Very pretty coves in the red rocks of Estérels between Saint Raphaël and Théoules are 40 minutes away (Agay bay, Boulouris, Le Dramont).
