There is one of the largest pools in the village and many well maintained gardens. It's very easy to park the car right behind the building. There are paddle tennis / basketball and also children parks.

Our exclusive apartment is located in Almerimar, 35 km west of Almeria villa in the Mediterranean Sea. There is a large terraces with panoramic views of the golf course, the sea and the marina of Almerimar. The holiday property is located in a quiet village just above the golf course. (27 holes). The property has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds. The residence has a large communal pool, surrounded by a beautiful lawn for sunbathing. The beach is within walking distance of only twenty minutes. The property is located in the upper village, giving it a unique view of Almerimar and its surroundings. The terrace overlooks the golf course, the beach, the village center, marina and the mountains (Las Alpujarras, Sierra Nevada).
