Magnificent house of 25 m2 in the lush garden of a charming old country house of the 18th century. A terrace of 40 m2 is available, lined with giant bamboo Anduze and shaded, with garden furniture and deckchairs. A mosaic bench inspired by Gaudi and Niki de St Phalle sets the tone. The place is atypical and surprising.

We like to take refuge there after deliciously under the sun of the beaches. The calm is absolute, there is a traffic noise in the middle of this lush garden, only the lapping of the pools in the adjoining Japanese garden. At the end of the afternoon, we watch the sunset that illuminates the entire terrace and the interior of the house.
Breakfast is an absolute happiness.

For 2 people, this maisonette with its recent design, the walls and cathedral ceiling in gray and white graphic wood paneling as reception tents, has a chic cabin or dacha look, and was inspired by Le Corbusier. My paintings on the walls are for sale.

It includes a double bed, in 140, covered with linen, a kitchen corner in aged marble equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a top fridge, a Smeg oven, a microwave, a plate vitro, an electric teapot, beautiful dishes, and essential products, new kitchen utensils. Everything is there with the necessities.
Compact and well thought out, this small kitchen fits perfectly with the rest of the room.

The marble mosaic bathroom with sink in an antique vanity table, separate shower and separate wc, is gorgeous.
Parking not paying just in front of the bastide, residential area. Metro St Barnabas 10 minutes, near all shops in this village district remained authentic.
Direct Vieux Port in 10 ', you will be quickly at the beach or in a boat for a stroll at sea or to the islands of Friuli or the Castle of If. On a festive catamaran, or for the visit of the creeks to Cassis.
Well attended and green, the 12th district is 15 minutes from the city center and the sea.
