Very well equipped and bright kitchen, overlooking a garden terrace where it is good to take meals in the shade especially in summer! A very bright bathroom on the ground floor, and on the garden level, a shower room with sink, bidet and WC and a laundry room for washing machine. Closed garage for 1 car. Parking for 1 car in the garden. 2 large outdoor terraces for dining and relaxing, one with a sea view, accessible from the large living room, the other over a garden accessible from the kitchen; very nice and shaded. Sun loungers and sun loungers, garden tables and armchairs, parasols and parasol legs are available as well as an electric barbecue (taken on the two terraces) to take the maximum meal outside.
