Located 5 km from a charming little town, at the bend of a dirt road, our trullo is in the middle of a plot of more than one hectare, including olive, fig, cherry, pear, walnut, rosemary, arbutus ... The main trullo consists of two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, an equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, dressing room. Behind the trullo is an outbuilding or "ovile", consisting of a bedroom, a dressing room with a fridge-bar and a shower room. Magnificent saltwater pool with outdoor shower. This pool is not secure; not suitable for very young children who cannot swim. Twilight lighting in the car park, along the access paths to the trullo, to the ovile (outbuilding) and towards the swimming pool, as well as on the terrace in front of the trullo. The outdoor kitchen includes a tiled sink, a stone block including the dishes and pans storage and a large electric oven which can be used elsewhere, for example below the olive tree in front of the trullo where the sockets are. behind the wall. Two electric plates complete the set. The lighting is done by a lamp installed in the large mimosa which overhangs the whole; the switches and sockets are on the low wall side. The pergola is lit by a central lamp; the switch located on one of the stakes.
In front of the trullo, you can eat outside and the lighting, in addition to the one that starts up at dusk, is done below the olive tree (switch and socket).
In the drawer of the dining room table you will find information for the use of the induction hob, the radio .... as well as a list of restaurants in the area.
Our friends Maria and Francesco Boldi, who will welcome you, take care of the maintenance of the swimming pool, the watering of the most fragile plants and the filling of the tank. If you wish to have the services of a full-day woman, you can ask them for the conditions.
