Alternate between a swim in the residence pool or a dip in the sea, all within a few steps!

Perfectly located in the center of Île de Ré, this bright duplex offers both a sandy beach just 100m away, and the authentic charm of village shops at the same distance.

The apartment is filled with natural light and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child.
• Upstairs : one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined for a 160cm double, plus a 70cm bed in the hallway, ideal for a child
• Downstairs : a comfortable "rapido" leather sofa bed (140cm Bultex mattress) and an additional 70cm bed

Bed linen and duvets are provided (please bring your own towel).
The fully equipped kitchen includes an espresso machine, kettle, toaster, citrus press, and more - everything you need for an easy holiday.

Bathroom with bathtub, and separate WC.

1st floor with lift; very calm setting. The pool is open from May 15th to September 15th.

Each stay is prepared with a thorough cleaning and disinfection (70° alcohol and virucidal products).
Guests are asked to clean before departure.
Please inform us of your arrival time, especially if arriving after 7pm.
Tourist tax is not incuded.
