 The house is surrounded by a park of 5000 m2 with swimming pool of 10m on 6
Private parking is reserved for you and a small private garden with garden furniture and barbecue
The new bridge that spans the Republic Lez front of the house allows you access to all comoditées foot: shops, restaurants ect
Trams 1, 3and 4 are 200 m from the house before the new City Hall of Montpellier designed by Jean Nouvel.

The studio is on the ground floor of our house
the pool is therefore shared with our family for most of the year is to just my husband and myself.
The garden is beautiful and the studio decorated with the same care as if it were our house
