Summer and winter, you will have a breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc massif.
The chalet is 1.5 km away by the road from the departure of the ski slopes, hiking or biking trails at le Bettex resort. You will also find there the ESF ski school and day care.
Le Bettex is located at 1400 m altitude and enjoys good snow. There are also shuttles that pass near the chalet during the ski season. The nearest stop is 400 m from the chalet. From Le Bettex you can access to the whole resort of Mont Blanc Evasion which is connected with Saint Nicolas de Veroce, Combloux and Megève. Les Contamines is also part of the same resort. The Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc Evasion ski area is the third largest ski area in France with 450 km of pistes of all levels.

Le Bettex equipment rental stores offer lockers where you can leave your ski equipment. Which prevents you from going back and forth with the material. You can easily return to the cottage on foot if necessary. At Bettex you will also find food shops and restaurants.

In summer, the terraced garden in front of the chalet is very pleasant for chilling between hikes.
