About This Property
Beautiful villa situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with short walking distance to the Burriana beach as well as to Nerja village center. The house has rooms on two levels and terraces on three; the entrance level with the pool and the garden, the second level the three bedrooms and the third level which is a full roof terrace.
There is free high-speed WiFi (internet via fiber) and parking is free on the street. Good food stores are just a few streets away.
On the entrance floor you find the spacious living room with dining table for six persons, air condition, sofas, TV with Chrome-cast and a traditional fireplace. At this floor is also the modern, fully equipped kitchen, including two fridges. There are three entrances to this floor: the main entrance, the garden terrace entrance and from the pool area.
The entrance floor has a guest WC.
The pool area has an outdoor shower, sun loungers and a four-chair breakfast table. The garden terrace, paved with rocks, holds a dining table for six people and a barbecue. This is a quiet, cool, and refreshing place in the heat of the summer with trees, plants and flowers.
On the second floor you find the three bedrooms, each one with access to a large terrace.
All three bedrooms have closets, ceiling fans and air conditions (cooling/heating).
There are two bathrooms at the second level. Both with WC and shower, one with wash machine and dryer.
At the terrace on the second-floor you can rest in one of the comfortable chairs with a book enjoying a cup of morning coffee, watch the sea and the mountains or just sit back and smell the flowers of the lemon trees.
The third floor is a full roof terrace with a large lounge and lovely 360 view of the sea, the village and the mountains. This is a perfect place for a sunset drink and equally so for a sunrise morning (there are two yoga mats in the house).
