A kitchen area is fully equipped, with a dining area.
A 10 m² mezzanine offers a 140 wide bed for 2 people (ceiling height 120 cm) - below you will find a 160 wide bed for 2 people.
There is also a bar and a lounge area.
A large picture window opens onto a private interior courtyard facing south of 25 m² (possibility of having a meal there).
The apartment can therefore accommodate one to four people.
Animals are not allowed. Non smoking apartment inside.
Accessibility: the apartment is located on the ground floor, there is a 25 cm step in the entrance, a 10 cm step in the corridor, and another 15 cm to access the courtyard.
Possibility to fit 2 bikes in the entrance. Free parking spaces in the neighboring streets, paid parking at 2 minutes, free parking at 7 minutes.
