Comfortable house of 100m2, in a peaceful environment, garden of 700m2 facing south, near beaches (800m from the beach of white sands).
This house is located in the town of Loctudy, halfway between the villages of Loctudy and Lesconil. Fishing ports and marinas are nearby as well as city centers and shops (1,5km from Lesconil and 4km from Loctudy).

Possibility to accommodate 2 to 4 people.

You will find on the ground floor the living room with an open functional kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker ...). A room-office equipped with a sofa bed for a bed of two people and a TV.
A storeroom equipped with a washing machine is at disposal.

Upstairs, a corridor leads to the bedroom (double bed) and the bathroom (bath and two basins).
WC independent on the ground floor and upstairs.
