It faces the forest, with a terrace and a large living room not overlooked on the 1st neighboring properties. An asset for the summer, the outdoor shower for beach returns. Ideal for those who want to recharge their batteries, enjoy the great ocean beaches (supervised or wild swimming, surfing, horse riding ...), numerous cycle paths, and a Médoc with a rich wine and gastronomic terroir. 10 minutes north, is the charming seaside resort of Soulac, with its typical houses, its many restaurants, its shops and flea markets, its independent bookstore, and its famous glacier.
