Very well located in a charming hamlet, 5 minutes walk from the village and the edge of the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan, adorable old house fully equipped and well maintained.
At the start of a coastal path, calm is assured and you can discover the coastline of the Gulf of Morbihan and its 365 islands.
The village of Arradon is 5 minutes walk, you will find several restaurants. Market twice a week and a grocery store open 7/7.
The town of Vannes is 6km away. Lively harbor and pretty old town center.

The house on two levels
On the ground floor :
Living room with wardrobe. US kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, 4 ceramic hobs, Nespresso. Neat dishes.
MP3 player (computer and smart phone) and WIFI
Upstairs :
Bedroom with double bed (140cm), and bathroom with bath + shower and WC. TV.
Terrace and garden. Teak table, garden bench, large parasol.
You can park a car in front of the house.
