It is ideally located a 2-minute walk from the fine sandy beach in south Mimizan. This is a delightful 40-sq.m semi-detached house. A corridor with a WC to your left, a shower room to your right and at the far end a separate bedroom with bunk beds and a walk-in wardrobe that leads through a door to the second terrace and a coastal garden (shared with clotheslines). The house has all mod cons including a television with TNT freeview channels, a satellite TV, by ASTRA 1 (code access). Private car park in the building The quiet neighbourhood a bakery, and the butcher shop are 300 m away. You can go everywhere walking or by bike. The town with its restaurants and entertainment is an 800-m walk away. Degressive charges for rentals of more than one week. Weekend and shorter stays are available. Tourist tax from 1st April until 30th of September is an extra € 0.44 per night per person over 13 years of age.
