Very confortable house + veranda in CANCALE, located in LE VERGER, nearby 3 sandy beaches + the famous chapel with the same name linked by a very picturesque « path of the customs officers ».
You will notice with the following documentation that our holiday home was made for one or two families together (with one child or more) each one living at its own pace, and joining in the common rooms (living/dining room, kitchen and particuliarly the large veranda remarquably located so that one can have breakfast enjoying the sun rise, and dinner enjoying the sun set). The house is very well insolated.
It is surrounded with a yard planted with several eucalyptus and many small patches of trees (mimosas, forsythies, cotoneaster, camellias, etc…). It is in a very calm quiet area, far from any traffic, and children can play very safely.
