Apartment recently renovated, it features air conditioning, heating, double glazing, internet with high speed wifi, flat screen TV 125 cm inch TV with international channels and a safe.
Entrance, bedroom with a large dressing room, a large living room with two sofas, a loggia - dining room, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, washing machine / drying and whole kitchen equipment), a bathroom with bath / shower (hair dryer) and separate toilet.
It can accommodate 4 people. very comfortably.
The apartment is non-smoking.
Our pets are not welcome.
Rates are depending on time of year € 400 in low season to € 800 in high season the week.
Rent includes expenses, linen for 2 people (if more than 2 people additional12 € per person per day).
Rental from Saturday to Saturday, in principle, accept Weekend 2 nights.
Reservations confirmed only after receipt of the deposit of 30% of the rental amount.
Balance paid to the keys.
Deposit 300 €.
Possibility to rent a private parking: 70 € per week.
For conferences, short breaks, weekends on request.
