Spacious, bright, modern, comfortable and not overlooked apartment located in a small, quiet and peaceful residence, in a dead end street.

At the end of the dead end, 200m by walk, you will find the fine sandy beaches (Argentière, Pellegrin, Léoube).

The air-conditioned apartment consists of:

- A large 40m2 living-dining room with TV, DVD player, WIFI internet, opening onto a very green 50m² garden facing south with garden furniture and deckchair.

- A fully equipped American kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, WC

- Several loggias to the south and north, practical for storing bikes and beach items.

- Baby equipment (on request) : cot and high chair

- A parking space in the closed and secured residence

Near the apartment (200m), multiple shops (bakery, butcher, mini market, press, take-away pizzas ...)

The Miramar port with its restaurants, various shops, water sports (windsurfing, diving, catamaran ...) is a short walk from the apartment.

La Londe is set against the Maures hills near the Hyères salt marshes, facing the three offshore Golden Islands of Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant. Regular boat services are provided to the islands from April to November. Ideally located between fabulous sea and country, La Londe is a privileged holiday destination offering a whole range of relaxation, leisure and sporting activities - in short, something for everyone! The town's facilities, professional infrastructures and exceptionally sunny climate (around 300 days of sunshine a year), make this Provence d'Azur village an ideal year-round holiday choice.
